So my stupid brothers and my sister went to the Cubs game today and gave my ticket to my cousin 'cause I had to stay home because attend my stupid clinicals.  Though, I shouldn't say that because I had an awesome clinical week.

I'm currently in my med-surg rotation and so I got to go to Interventional Radiology.  I saw a lot of interesting procedures that no one I know, except for my clinical group and myself, find kick-ass and bitching-awesome. I also got to wear this interesting shindig


It's a lead skirt and a lead vest, they use them to protect themselves against radiation.  Which you know I don't really believe helps you much if you work with radiation agents on a daily basis.  The techs, nursses and Drs wear these little button things that are suppose to tell them if they are being exposed too much *shrugs* IDK.  What I do know is that I'm not going into radiology.

Anyway though super cute (mine was a flower patter blue and gree color) they are heavy as fuck.  My shoulders are sore,  I felt like Goku in the Gravity chamber training under 500 times gravity *geek!moment*  haha, but alas no super saiyan came from it :P just sore shoulders.

Also, one of the guy techs was wearing a lead apron like this one but in a zebra pattern.  All I could think was, wow! you would, kind of, make a bad drag queen.  I swear i only laughed a little :)


So, yeah my week was pretty awesome but for the Cubs-lessness , am soooo sad about that.  But I'm definitely going to see them in September 'cause my sister is determined to have her first alcoholic drink, erm, her first legal alcoholic drink at Wrigley Field *shrug*

On a different note I love the baseball I love the Cubs and I'm, completely, insufferable during baseball season, so I try not to make dump posts on how much I love the Cubs and how I totally have a hypothetical boner for
Ryan Theriot, sooo hot!!



And Mike Fontenot also soooo hot!!  I have a mojor boner for these two because 1) They are awesome baseball players. AWESOME!! and 2) They LOOK like boys!!  3)They are fucking hot!!! XD *ded*



On left is Ryan Theriot(#2, plays short stop) and on right is Mike Fontenot(#17, plays second base) high-fiving.  Slashing these two would be so incredible the internet would explode.

I'll just settle for watching the games and looking at pictures like this one. That's little Mike Fontenot he is wee and little, juxtapose D. Lee :) In his defense Fontenot is 5'8" and D. Lee is 6'5" a giant in comparison.
 


And here is Mike again getting a piggy-back from Carlos Zombrano (#38, pitcher) who carries him effortlessly because Mike is little and pocket sized \o/

Oh and what i mean about liking Mike Fontenot and Ryan Theriot because they look like boys.  Let me explain, you see this picture of Jon, Jon LOOKS like a boy *drools* that's what I mean.  Erm,  no offense to the other pretty memebers of panic.  Ryan should grow his hair out again, it looks really good like that.
